Vitamin Sprays

From listening to patients I know a lot of people don’t like taking tablets daily. That’s why I’ve included Vitamin D and Vitamin B12 sprays. In particular, Vitamin B12 is poorly absorbed by the bowel so taking the spray sublingually (under the tongue) improves absorption. The Vitamin D spray supports your immune system and your musculoskeletal system whilst Vitamin B12 contributes to a reduction in fatigue and supports a healthy nervous system.
